dont works as they say i convert a movie or video and when you crop ends to be bad pixels and dark and shittie quallity even if you use they tools to give more light still bad video rip off sorry

the first time, a video converter works for the „Katrein“ ts files without any problems. Also the cutting function and cropping ist working excellent. Das erste Mal, dass ein Videokonverter auch die Dateien aus meinem „Katrin“ Festplattenrekorder ohne Probleme konvertiert. Auch die Schnitt- und Cropp Funktion funktioniert einwandfrei.
I had the free version and I liked it, but I spenrt $29.00 to upgrade and all I get is an Error report after it is downloaded. Nice!! Where is the customer service????
Crashes when converting more than one video
The latest update crashes when multiple files are converted. Before, you could add a few files and covert them at the same time. Now, you have to do each file separately, which takes more time, making this almost unusable for me (I used to use this to convert many files at once). Will update this review if a future update fixes the problem.
Not Good
I paid $29.99 for this unit to convert WMV2/WMA2 but this app does not recognize it. There seems to be a number of other apps that do the same conversions for free. I guess I just run out'a luck :-(

Great Can Opener/Converter
I have tried many converters. I like to use Final Cut pro, but in the end I need to be able to emal videos to non-Apple people and convert to various formats to work on the web. And this has become the go-to tool. I have had it for at least 3 versions of the Mac OS with no problems. (I have not yet upgrated to Catalina because of know issues with other programs: so I can't speak to that).

I've tried multiple times to convert a 4K 60fps FCP MOV file to a 4K MP4 file. The conversion is terrible as the footage skips around and does not even come close to the original footage. I'd also like a refund if possible.

I Want My Money Back!
This is the most user unfriendly, sorriest excuse for software ever! Among the myriad of things wrong with it, when editing multiple items for things like audio effects… for example reducing volume a user would expect that when you click “Apply to All” that it would actually apply the settings to all selected files… but it does not. Try to select multiple files in the edit dialog and the whole app crashes. What a waste of $40!
